Overland Bumpers

STYLING: Offers a more complete or OE look by utilizing a fully plated and filled design. The fully plated design of the Overland Series bumpers helps cover potentially exposed areas of sheet metal structure, wiring and other components that are typically hidden behind the OE bumper.

BULL BAR: Typically more bull bar options are offered on the Overland Series bumpers including the option to get tubing that wraps around the headlights of the vehicle to help protect them from obstacles and impacts.

STRENGTH: The Overland Series bumpers offer a bit more strength because of their fully plated design. If you are looking for a bumper to better withstand animal impacts and other road or trail hazards, the Overland Series will offer the most strength and protection.

WEIGHT: Due to the fully plated design, the Overland Series bumpers are typically about 10%-15% heavier than Hybrid Series Bumpers.

LIGHTING: The Overland Series bumpers offer less options than the Hybrid Series for mounting a variety of sizes and brands of lights. The Overland Series is limited to one pair of fog lights, and a 30" light bar in the center. Additional lights could be mounted on top of the bumper if the customer drills their own mounting holes or makes their own mounting brackets.

WINCH: Both the Overland and Hybrid Series bumpers are winch compatible.

CLEARANCE: Both the Overland and Hybrid Series bumpers offer much more clearance for a better approach angle and to help with fitting larger tires.

Hybrid Bumpers

STYLING: A Hybrid Series bumper will be the furthest away from OE styling, offering a much more "custom" look.

BULL BAR OPTIONS: Hybrid Series bumpers offers fewer bull bar options and does not include the option to get tubing that wraps around the headlights.

STRENGTH: Since Hybrid Series bumpers do not consist of a fully plated design on the sides, they are slightly less strong and do not offer quite as much protection as the Overland Series bumpers do. However, there are plate gussets behind the tubes on the sides of the bumper to help support them. There are open areas between the tubing on the sides that create a less "finished" appearance and allow debris and road hazards to potentially enter through those areas and strike the sheet metal portion of the vehicles body behind the tubes.

WEIGHT: Hybrid Series bumpers typically weigh 10-15% less than Overland Series bumpers.

LIGHTING: Hybrid Series bumpers offer the ability to easily mount a variety of different brands and sizes of lights in the open area between the tubes on each side of the bumper. A 30" light bar can also be installed inside the bumper and additional lighting can be installed on top of the bumper if the customer drills their own mounting holes or makes their own brackets.

WINCH: Both the Hybrid Series and Overland Series bumpers are winch compatible.

WIDE FIBERGLASS FENDERS: Our Hybrid Series bumpers offer an option like no other bumper. Our customer can choose the option to have the tubing portion of the Hybrid bumper built slightly wider to align properly with aftermarket fiberglass fenders which provide a larger wheel well opening and wide body look. This option ensures that your bumper will not need to have custom modifications made to fit nicely with aftermarket fiberglass fenders.

CLEARANCE: Both the Hybrid and Overland series bumpers offer much more clearance for a better approach angle and to help with fitting larger tires.
