TSS Relocation Bracket
The Overland Series Front Bumper for the 2014–2024 Toyota 4Runner is built for serious off-road performance and added front-end protection. Designed to improve approach angles and offer greater clearance for larger tires, this bumper enhances your 4Runner’s trail capabilities without sacrificing durability or style. It’s constructed from 3/16″ laser-cut P&O steel, with 1/4″ thick mounting plates for solid frame attachment. For added recovery strength, every bumper includes fully welded 3/4″ D-ring tabs, reinforced from both the front and back.
Optional bull bar configurations offer further protection and are made from .120 wall, 1 3/4″ diameter HREW tubing. If your 4Runner is equipped with Toyota’s TSS system, selecting the TSS relocation bracket is necessary. Please note that the mid-height bull bar is not compatible with TSS. The bumper is also not compatible with the factory MTM front camera unless the camera is relocated above the bumper.
Winch compatibility is a key feature of this bumper. It fits most 8k–12k winches, ideally those that allow for the relocation of the electrical control box. Some integrated control box winches may require trimming of the grille support brackets for proper fitment. Common winches like the ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, and Warn Zeon and VR series have been confirmed to fit. We recommend synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead. Some roller fairleads may not fit the recessed mounting plate.
The Overland Series Front Bumper is also ready for lighting upgrades. It’s designed to fit most 30″ single-row light bars, with specific compatibility for the Baja Designs S8, RIGID 30″ SR series, and Extreme LED 30″ 5D models.
Additionally, this bumper comes with a power steering cooler kit to replace the factory steel cooler lines. This not only creates more room for winch installation but also eliminates the vulnerable U-shaped portion of the lines near the frame. The replacement process is straightforward and does not require draining the power steering system. The result is a more protected and trail-ready setup for your 4Runner.
