Cut & Bend

Every part starts as sheet metal or tubing, and begin to take shape with laser cutting and precision press breaking.

Welding

Each piece makes its way to our welding bays to be hand-welded.

Quality Inspection 1

After welding, the product is passed on to our managers for inspection in order to be approved for sandblasting.

Sandblasting

Sandblasting preps our parts for the powder coat process.

Powder Coating

Our powder coat process includes priming the part with a thick protective layer before applying the hammer black powder coat. The priming layer acts as a safeguard in the even the outer powder coat is scratched or chipped.

Quality Inspection 2

Once the powder coat finish is cured, we do one final quality control inspection before packing the product.

Packing

Our final step is securely packing our products before shipping them out to you!
