Fitment

Installation



Take your 2nd Gen Tacoma to the next level with 35” tires and proper clearance using this oversized tire fitment kit. Designed specifically for trucks with a 3” lift, this package provides the space you need for larger tires while protecting critical components and keeping debris out.

The kit includes high-clearance fender liners, stick-on fender trim templates, and a body mount relocation kit. Edge trim ensures a tight seal against the fenders, maintaining a clean look while shielding the exposed air intake and doors. To complete installation, cutting and removal of the factory body mount is required, followed by welding in the replacement mount. Trimming of the factory fenders is also necessary. This kit maximizes tire clearance while ensuring durability and fitment precision, making it the go-to solution for running 35s on your 2nd Gen Tacoma.

If you’re running a C4 Fabrication Overland or Hybrid front bumper, bumper trimming by the flare is required for a seamless fit, select the appropriate bumper caps in the dropdown menu when ordering.
