Our Tacoma Roof Rack with Optional Light Bar Mount for the 4th Gen Tacoma is engineered to deliver maximum cargo capability without compromising vehicle aerodynamics or overall height. Designed for a precise, low-profile fit, this rack adds only 1/4" above the factory antenna while maintaining full compatibility with sunroof-equipped models.

Constructed entirely from aluminum, the rack provides exceptional strength with reduced weight, making it an ideal foundation for rooftop tents, awnings, recovery gear, and extended overland setups. Seven extruded aluminum crossmembers feature integrated mounting slots, giving you flexible options for securing cargo and installing accessories. Built-in tie-down points further enhance load management, ensuring your gear stays secure whether you're navigating technical trails or highway.

The fairing is available with or without a cutout mounting point for a 40-inch light bar, supporting both curved and straight configurations. Alternatively, the light mount can accommodate up to 10 pod lights. Additional mounting provisions allow for aftermarket radio antennas, flags, and other essentials.

Installation is fully bolt-on, utilizing factory mounting points with no drilling required. The rack ships with all necessary hardware, though due to its size, 2-3 people are recommended for installation. Expect an estimated 45 minute install time excluding wiring.
