Features

  • This bumper is a unique combination of a plate steel center with round tube on the sides. This design allows you to achieve a “lighter” look while gaining the ability to mount a winch, LED light bar and multiple combinations of fog lighting in the tube area.
  • Bolt-on top fill plate is included for all 2003-2005 model years.
  • Bumper offers more clearance for better approach angles and makes it easier to fit larger tires.
  • Frame support brackets and washer tank skid are included.
  • Turn signals are included depending on year range selected.
  • Center portion is made from 3/16″ laser cut P&O steel with 1/4″ thick mounting plates.
  • 3/4″ thick D-Ring tabs standard on every bumper and come fully welded front and back.
  • Tube portions are .120 wall 1 3/4″ diameter HREW tubing.
  • 115lbs without bull bar, 123lbs with mid height bull bar, 125lbs full height bull bar with plate gussets.
  • Unless you choose our powder coated option, this product will need to be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust.

Add-Ons

  • Fits most winches 8k-12k in size. Winches with the ability to relocate the electrical control box are recommended. Integrated control box winches may require some trimming of the grille support brackets to fit. (ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon and VR series are all common winches that fit).
  • We recommend using winches with synthetic rope and a hawse style fairlead for the best fitment and functionality. Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.
  • Bumper is designed to fit 30″ single row light bars (specifically designed for Baja Designs S8 light bar). Heretic Studio also fits.

Installation



The 4th Gen 4Runner Hybrid Front Bumper blends strength, style, and off-road performance. Featuring a plate steel center section paired with round tube sides, this design gives your 4Runner a lighter, more aggressive look while delivering the functionality to mount a winch, 30" light bar, and multiple fog light combinations.

Engineered for serious off-road use, the bumper improves clearance and approach angles to make room for larger tires and tougher trails. Frame support brackets, a washer tank skid, and model-specific top fill plates for 2003-2005 are included for added durability and fitment. Depending on the year selected, turn signals are also provided.

Constructed from 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4" thick mounting plates and .120 wall, 1 3/4" HREW tubing, this bumper is built to handle punishing conditions. Fully welded 3/4" D-ring recovery tabs ensure reliable recovery points, and weight ranges from 115 lbs without a bull bar to 125 lbs with the full-height bull bar and gussets.

The bumper is compatible with most 8K-12K winches, including Warn Zeon and VR, Smittybilt X20, and ComeUp models. Winches with a relocated control box fit best, while integrated control box winches may require minor trimming of the grille support. It works ideally with synthetic rope and a hawse fairlead, as roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed mounting plate. Designed around 30" single-row light bars such as the Baja Designs S8 and Heretic Studio, the bumper offers both form and function for serious trail use.

  • Products that can ship via Ground will be shipped to physical addresses only. Ground shipping is free inside the Lower 48 United States. If a product that normally ships via Ground is purchased with a product that ships Freight, the entire order will be shipped via Freight.
  • Products that require freight shipping will incur a shipping fee. Please note that this fee is well below what it actually costs us to ship it.
