Features

  • Bumper offers more clearance for better approach angles and makes it easier to fit larger tires.
  • Bolt-on top fill plate is included for all 2003-2005 model years.
  • Frame support brackets and washer tank skid are included.
  • Holes for turn signals are pre-drilled and signals or caps are included depending on year range selected.
  • 3/4″ thick D-Ring tabs standard on every bumper and come fully welded front and back.
  • Bumper is made from 3/16″ laser cut P&O steel with 1/4″ thick frame and winch plates.
  • Bull bar tubing is .120 wall 1 3/4″ diameter HREW tubing.
  • 120lbs without bull bar, 128lbs mid-height bull bar, 130lbs full-height with plate gussets.
  • Unless you choose our powder coated option, this product will need to be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust.

Fitment

  • Compatible with up to 2" body lifts.

Add-Ons

  • Fits most winches 8k-12k in size. Winches with the ability to relocate the electrical control box are recommended. Integrated control box winches may require some trimming of the grille support brackets to fit. (ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon and VR series are all common winches that fit).
  • We recommend using winches with synthetic rope and a hawse style fairlead for the best fitment and functionality. Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.
  • Bumper is designed to fit 30″ single row light bars (specifically designed for Baja Designs S8 light bar). Heretic Studio will also fit.

Installation



Upgrade your 4th Gen 4Runner (2003–2009) with the Overland Series Front Bumper, engineered for clearance, strength, and off-road capability. Designed to improve approach angles and make room for larger tires, this bumper is built from 3/16″ laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4″ thick frame and winch plates for uncompromising durability. Frame support brackets and a washer tank skid come standard, while fully welded 3/4″ D-ring tabs provide dependable recovery points.

The bumper is winch-ready, fitting most 8k-12k winches, with the best performance from synthetic rope and a hawse fairlead. For lighting, the bumper accepts 30″ single-row light bars such as the Baja Designs S8 or Heretic Studio. Pre-drilled turn signal holes are included, with signals or caps supplied depending on year range, and a bolt-on top fill plate is provided for 2003-2005 models.

The Overland Series Front Bumper is available in multiple bull bar options. Bull bar tubing is made from .120 wall 1-3/4″ diameter HREW tubing for added protection. Unless ordered with a powder coat finish, the bumper must be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust.

  • Products that can ship via Ground will be shipped to physical addresses only. Ground shipping is free inside the Lower 48 United States. If a product that normally ships via Ground is purchased with a product that ships Freight, the entire order will be shipped via Freight.
