Tacoma Rock Runner Front Bumper / 3rd Gen / 2016-2023

The Tacoma Rock Runner Front Bumper is a high-clearance front bumper that delivers strength, functionality, and aggressive styling. It features a modular, 3-piece design with bolt-on side wings, available in your choice of plate or tube style, and includes frame support brackets for added durability. Installation requires cutting of the factory plastic bumper for a clean, flush fit. If you select the optional cross member delete and skid plate for an additional fee of $799, trimming will be needed to remove the factory cross member, which is replaced with a high-clearance version. 

Constructed from 11-gauge laser-cut P&O steel, the bumper is reinforced with 3/16-inch thick mounting and winch plates, ensuring strength where it matters most. The bumper includes fully welded 3/4-inch D-ring tabs on the front and back, providing dependable recovery points. It’s winch-ready and compatible with most 8,000–10,000 lb winches that have relocatable control boxes. For the best fit and function, winches with synthetic rope and hawse-style fairleads are recommended, as some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed mount. Popular winch options like the Smittybilt X20 and Warn VR series are known to fit well. Cutouts in the front of the bumper allow for easy winch lever access, and a winch cover plate is included along with a bridge skid that connects to existing C4 skid systems or the factory cross member.

Unless you choose our powder coated option, the Rock Runner Front Bumper will need to be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust. Please note that the optional bull bar is not compatible with Toyota Safety Sense (TSS) systems.
