Installation

Position the fairlead over the bumper mounting holes. Use provided bolts with washers, feeding them from the front to the back.

Align the fairlead so the winch line runs straight to the winch drum without touching any sharp edges of the bumper.

The C4 Winch Fairlead is built for strength, precision, and performance in recovery situations. CNC machined from 7075-T6 billet aluminum, this fairlead delivers superior durability and tighter tolerances compared to cast alternatives. Designed specifically for synthetic rope winches, it offers universal compatibility across most common setups.

Available in both Open Shackle and Closed Shackle configurations, each version features a patented interlocking design that secures your shackle when not in use, keeping your setup clean, quiet, and ready for action. The low-profile design minimizes protrusion while maintaining maximum material thickness where it matters most.

Each shackle has been independently tested and verified by a third-party lab under extreme load conditions. The Open Shackle version is rated to 20,000lbs, while the Closed Shackle version is rated to 30,000lbs.

Finished in a durable black anodized coating with laser-etched detailing, the fairlead is built to resist wear, corrosion, and UV exposure. It comes complete with color-matched black stainless steel hardware for a clean, cohesive install.

  • Products that can ship via Ground will be shipped to physical addresses only. Ground shipping is free inside the Lower 48 United States. If a product that normally ships via Ground is purchased with a product that ships Freight, the entire order will be shipped via Freight.
