Features

  • Bumper offers more clearance for better approach angles and makes it easier to fit larger tires.
  • Weighs 150 lbs without bull bar, 175 lbs with full-height bull bar.
  • Center portion is made from 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 3/8" thick mounting plates and a 1/4" winch mounting plate.
  • 3/4" thick D-ring tabs come standard on every bumper and are fully welded front and back.
  • Tube portions are .120 wall 1 3/4" diameter HREW tubing.
  • Unless you choose our powder coated option, this bumper will need to be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust.

Fitment

  • Fits 2007-2013 Toyota Tundra (2nd Gen) with standard width fenders. For fiberglass wide fenders, shop the Tundra Hybrid Front Bumper / Wide Fenders.
  • Bumper works with TRD Pro skid and aftermarket skids.
  • Winches with an integrated control box may require some trimming of the grille support brackets to fit.

Add-Ons

  • Fits most winches 8K-12K in size. Winches with the ability to relocate the control box are recommended. ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, WARN Zeon and WARN VR Series winches are common fits.
  • We recommend synthetic rope winches and hawse style fairleads for the best fitment and functionality. Some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate.
  • Bumper is designed to fit 30" single row light bars (specifically the Baja Designs S8). Extreme LED 30" 5D and Rigid 30" SR Series light bars will also fit.
  • Bumper fits LP9s only on the No Bar or High Bar options. It will not fit the Mid Bar option. The bumper does not come pre-drilled for LP9s.

Installation



Product Description

Our Hybrid Front Bumper for the 2007-2013 Toyota Tundra pairs a plate steel center with round tube sides, giving your 2nd Gen Tundra a lighter look without giving up winch capability. The heavy-duty center creates a solid winch-mounting foundation, while the tube sides open up multiple fog light combinations. Its high-clearance design improves approach angles and makes room for larger tires.

The Tundra Hybrid Bumper is built from 3/16-inch laser-cut P&O steel and reinforced with 3/8-inch mounting plates and a 1/4-inch winch plate where strength matters most. Fully welded 3/4-inch D-ring tabs come standard on every bumper, and the tube sections are .120 wall, 1 3/4-inch HREW tubing. The bumper fits most 8K to 12K winches, and we recommend one with a relocatable control box. Synthetic rope paired with a hawse fairlead gives you the cleanest fit in the recessed fairlead mount.

The bumper is designed around the Baja Designs S8 30-inch single-row light bar. Rigid SR Series and Extreme LED 5D bars in the same size also fit, and LP9 lights fit on the No Bar or High Bar options. Unless you choose our powder coated option, each 2007-2013 Tundra Hybrid Front Bumper needs to be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust.
